Who I am

This website is run by Tom Packham, trading as Ad Pack Media. For anything about your data, email tom@adpackmedia.co.uk.

Enquiries

When you send the audit or contact form, I receive your name, work email, company website, the platforms you selected and any description you add. I use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. I don't add you to a newsletter or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Form submissions are delivered by email through a hosted email service. I keep enquiry emails for as long as they're needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them.

Cookies and analytics

The site only sets analytics or advertising cookies if you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. If you decline, these tools don't load. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

With your consent, I use analytics to understand which pages are useful and which enquiries came from advertising. A small setting is stored in your browser to remember your cookie choice.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how it's used, by emailing tom@adpackmedia.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. Like any web host, it processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to serve pages securely.
