Meta Ads built on clean data and steady creative testing, judged on real revenue

Meta's delivery system works best with a simple structure, good signal from your site and a steady supply of new creative. I set up all three, then judge the account on what your store or CRM shows, not just in-platform ROAS. I manage the account myself and brief your creative team on what to make next.

What I review

  • Account structure: number of campaigns and ad sets, budget split and audience overlap
  • Pixel and Conversions API setup, event deduplication and Event Match Quality scores
  • Attribution settings in use and how they compare with store or CRM data
  • Catalogue health, product sets and Advantage+ catalogue ads for ecommerce
  • Creative mix by format and concept, and spend concentration across ads
  • Frequency, creative fatigue and new versus returning customer split
  • Lead form questions, qualifying fields and CRM handoff for lead gen

What I manage and optimise

  • Consolidated campaign structure so each ad set gets enough conversion volume
  • Advantage+ sales campaigns where data supports them, alongside manual campaigns where control matters
  • Catalogue ads for prospecting and retargeting, with product sets by margin or category
  • Creative testing by concept and format, with clear rules for scaling or pausing
  • Conversions API and Event Match Quality improvements with your developer or platform
  • Existing customer exclusions or caps to focus spend on new customer acquisition
  • Budget pacing and changes made in steps that do not reset learning

What you get

  • Weekly update on spend, results and creative performance
  • Monthly report comparing in-platform ROAS with blended MER and store revenue
  • Creative briefs based on the concepts, hooks and formats that are working
  • Creative test log showing what was tested, results and next steps

Not included

  • Creative production: photography, video and design are produced by your team or agency
  • Organic social posting and community management
  • Custom dashboards and data integrations, which are handled by Ad Ops Autopilot

Pricing

Retainers start from £3,500 a month for one channel at an early-stage company, and most multi-channel engagements are £6,000 to £10,000 a month. It is a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of spend, with media paid directly to Meta and a 30-day rolling agreement.

Meta Ads Management: common questions

More in the FAQs.

Should we use Advantage+ campaigns?

Often, for ecommerce brands with reliable purchase tracking and enough creative. They can struggle when conversion data is thin, or when you need tight control over audiences or existing customers. I usually run them alongside a manual campaign so the results can be compared.

Why does Meta report more sales than our store?

Meta counts conversions within its attribution window, including some that would have happened anyway, and different platforms can claim the same sale. I compare in-platform results with blended MER, which is total revenue divided by total ad spend. That gives a figure your finance team can check.

How much creative do we need?

Enough to keep testing new concepts regularly, not just new versions of the same ad. The right volume depends on your spend and how quickly ads fatigue. I give you briefs based on what the data shows, so production effort goes where it is most likely to pay back.

What is Event Match Quality and why does it matter?

It is Meta's score for how well the customer data sent with your events can be matched to Meta accounts. Better matching means more conversions are attributed and the delivery system learns faster. Improving it usually involves the Conversions API and passing hashed customer details correctly.
