TikTok Ads for products that suit the platform, measured on incremental revenue
TikTok can be a strong acquisition channel, but it does not suit every business, and I will tell you if it is unlikely to work for yours. Where it fits, I run creator-led and Spark Ads campaigns with enough creative volume to stay ahead of fatigue. Results are judged on what happens to store revenue, not just the ROAS TikTok reports.

Pricing
Retainers start from £3,500 a month for one channel at an early-stage company, as a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of spend. Media spend is paid directly to TikTok, and the agreement is 30-day rolling with no exit fees.
How pricing worksTikTok Ads Management: common questions
More in the FAQs.
Will TikTok work for my business?
It tends to work for products that are visual, easy to demonstrate and priced for a quick decision, such as beauty, fashion, gadgets and food. It is harder for considered B2B purchases or products that need a lot of explanation. I will give you an honest view before you commit budget.
What are Spark Ads?
Spark Ads let you run existing organic posts, from your account or a creator's, as ads. They keep the original likes and comments and usually feel more native than standard ads. The creator authorises the post for a set period.
How much video do we need?
More than on most other platforms, because TikTok ads tend to fatigue quickly. A steady flow of new concepts matters more than polished production. I plan creative volume around your budget so you are not overproducing or running out.
Why measure incremental revenue instead of TikTok ROAS?
TikTok's reported ROAS can include sales that would have happened through other channels anyway. Looking at total store revenue and blended MER, and testing periods or regions with and without spend, shows what TikTok actually adds. That is the number that should decide your budget.
